Eating in the morning or evening is healthier?

There are two important conclusions and recommendations about the time of day of eating, taken from two studies published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism.
Patients with obesity as well as healthy people should eat a large breakfast instead of a large dinner to reduce weight and prevent metabolic diseases.
A late dinner can contribute to weight gain and higher blood sugar because it reduces the amount of fat burned.
